Online Delivery & Returns

Delivery is a flat rate of £12 for all goods sold online.

Currently we are only delivering to UK addresses.

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Most items will arrive between 1-2 weeks.

Should you wish to receive delivery in another country - please get in touch directly by emailing; vicki.platt@taythome.co.uk.

Should you wish to return something, please notify us in writing, within 14 days of receiving the goods. After this date we will not accept any refunds.

All returns are at the buyers cost. The cost can vary depending on the location of the manufacturer. We do not hold any stock and all stock gets returned to the manufacturer for a refund. All charges are fair and non-profit making, only to cover loss.

TAYT Home are predominately a project based company who source and supply goods to suit a brief.

All Graccioza items are delivered directly from the factory in Portugal. We encourage you to request samples from us first to determine the correct products and colours for your project. Occasionally items are out of stock and the delivery date maybe extended. This will be notified in writing giving you the option to cancel.

Bespoke, customised and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded under our T&C’s. This includes any items ‘made to order’, according to your specifications. This applies to all bed linen, bedding, and throws as these are all specifically made to order.

We offer a full sample service for all items, to prevent the need to return. Please get in touch and we will happily arrange for these to be sent to you.

To clarify, this applies regardless of exercising your legal right to cancel or return the items.

This includes:

  • Personally embroidered and monogrammed items (even on branded products)

  • Made to measure items

  • Bespoke or customised products
