What we do with the information we have?
When you join the mailing list on the website, your details are added to our mailing spreadsheet which is securely saved on google drive. You can expect to receive monthly emails updating you on new products and services offered by us.
When you fill out the contact form on the website, your enquiry goes into the TAYT mailbox (service provided by Microsoft Office 365), so someone can respond straight away.
If you request information by email or telephone, the details you provided may be saved on our computer system. This is so we have a log of what we have sent out and to whom for future reference, for e.g. if you were to come back later and request a quote, we have recorded the details. The very nature of our business is providing our customers with a high level of service; therefore, this information is kept so we can respond efficiently to you.
If you requested a quotation or invoice then your details would be saved on our QuickBooks accounting system as well as our internal computer system, for basic order processing requirements.
Marketing – From time-to-time we would like to email you about new products and services, however we would always request your permission beforehand, and if you agree, you can always opt out at a later date, by contacting us;
